Coffee: 1 mug of caffetiere coffee with semi-skimmed milk
Red wine: 2 glasses
- 10:00: 4 rashers bacon (grilled), 5 sausages (grilled), 3 eggs scrambled, ⅓ tin of tomatoes
- 18:40: 6 salt and pepper squid, beef teryaki and stir-fried asian greens
- 22:10: 2 squares dark chocolate
